Node to generate Unity fingerprints

Hi All, 

Does anyone knows how which node can I use to generate smiles into Unity fingerprints?

I've been trying to install Tripos Chemistry Extensions for KNIME that I've downloaded but failed. Do I need to have evaluation licensed for that? I've already registered as requested in prior to download. 

Please advice.
