I made a small flow that parses the Open Congressional District identifier from this format:
- ocd-division/country:us/state:al/cd:7
To AL07.
Can someone please take a look and give me some feedback on making it more efficient? I'm building an xref of congressional districts in all its forms so I can link tables together per the AL07 format.
